Delete an Outlook Folder

To delete an Outlook folder:

1. If the folder list is not already open, then, on the Navigation pane, click on the Show/Hide Folders button. All of the Outlook folders display.

   

2. Right-click on the folder that you want to delete (e.g., My E-Mail) and select Delete. A message displays that says, "Are you sure you want to delete the current folder?"

3. Click on the OK button. The folder is moved to the Deleted Items folder.
