Check for New Messages

When you have Outlook Web Access open, you will need to periodically refresh your Inbox in order to see new messages.

To refresh your Inbox:

1. Click on the Check for New Messages toolbar button. Any new messages that you have received since you opened Outlook Web Access appear in your Inbox folder.
