Township ordinance requires all landscapers and tree service providers apply for an annual permit in conformance with Chapter 106, Section 106-3 of the Township Code.

The following is a list of landscapers who have registered and are currently licensed. The List should not be construed as an endorsement and/or a recommendation by the Township, but rather only identifies those individuals and/or entities that are presently in compliance with Chapter 106 of the Code of the Township of Wayne.

Licensed landscapers must display a decal on the front bumper of their trucks and on the driver’s side of their trailers. Please be sure to use registered providers, as they are required to comply with township requirements and adhere to municipal storm water guidelines.

Please report Landscapers in violation of the Township Code to the Health Department.
